In the Mathematics of the ideal villa by Colin Rowe, he mentioned that beauty comes from natural and customary. The two villas are Palladio’s Villa Foscari, also known as La Malcontenta, built by Andrea Palladio in 1559, and the second is Villa Stein by Le Corbusier in 1926. Despite the different styles, both villas are conceived as single blocks with elements of the symmetry principle, and a very similar design standard that sets the foundation of both buildings.
